Fees

We are pleased to be able to offer the Civil Mediation Council’s fixed fee scheme (included below).

£5,000 or less* £75 1 hour - telephone / zoom

£5,000 or less* £125 2 hours - telephone / zoom

£5,000 to £15,000* £320 3 hours - in person / zoom

£15,000 to £50,000 £445 4 hours - in person / zoom

£50,000 to £100,000 £995 Full day mediation (8 hours)

£100,000 to £250,000 £1250 Full day mediation (8 hours)

£250,000 to £500,000 £1500 Full day mediation (8 hours)

£500,000 and above £1800 Full day mediation (8 hours)

Each additional mediation hour is charged at £100 per party

Fees include all appropriate preparation time and follow-up.

Fees exclude travel, and any accommodation expenses which will be charged at net cost.

Please note that we do not currently charge VAT.

*If you have a dispute up to £10,000 you may be offered a free 1 hour telephone mediation by the Court once you have issued a claim form. You may also be offered mediation by the Court for claims above £10,000. There will be a cost to issue a claim form.
